AP Government and Politics is a course that all American students should take because it offers in-depth insight into the government, its origins, and its functions. We know that our 2e leaders are going to run the world. Let’s get them started on the right foot, or the left foot, depending on their political compass ;-)

Let’s face it, 2e kiddos often have transcripts that don’t accurately reflect their intelligence or ability. Extracurricular AP courses like this one are great opportunities to demonstrate to colleges just how bright our students truly are!

Disclaimer:
This is an afterschool enrichment course that does not appear on your student’s official transcript. However, if they obtain a passing score, that will appear on their transcript as an independent study.
This is a year-long course that requires extra work outside of class. Remember, it’s a college-equivalency course.
Parents are responsible for enrolling their students for the test through their current schools/charters. YSA will support in the process, but cannot enroll students for you.
Taking this course does not guarantee a passing grade on the AP Exam.
