Ready for some good news? At Young Scholars Academy we bake that special ingredient right into every program we create!

The not-so-secret ingredient that we bake into all our programs with love is mentorship!

What People Are Saying

“Over the years, we have worked with many educational institutions and have never come across one that genuinely cared for our son as much as these great people did.
We are so grateful for YSA! After all, they made our son fall back in love with learning!”

— Arlette, mother

“Sam Young is the instructor who is more pumped about teaching than any teacher in the history of California. Any student of his is sure to be enthused to have Sam as their coach. He is one of the most instrumental mentors in my academic career.”

— Claudio, former student

“Sam is a wonderful teacher. He is very knowledgable, good spirited, very funny and takes his job very seriously. He is one of the reasons that I decided  to pursue an Education degree in college. Genuinely one of the best teachers I have ever had the pleasure of working with.”

— Kieran, former student

“I am very impressed with the team from Young Scholars Academy. With all the ‘schooling’ that passes as education these days, it is refreshing to see someone doing something creative, impactful, and inspirational in the education space. I have been a math teacher for over 4 years, and I have never seen students as engaged and joyous as I have at Young Scholars Academy. To anyone that wants to help their kid learn to love learning, then I highly recommend that you check them out.”

— Greg, teacher & tutor
