Completing the Circle of Support for Profoundly Gifted Children

As a Davidson family, you understand your profoundly gifted child's needs. You have the advocacy, the resources, the testing. But finding a learning community that matches their intellectual intensity? That's the missing piece.

Young Scholars Academy is hosting an Open House for Davidson families this November 19th at 5PM PT / 8PM ET.

Join us to discover why Davidson scholars have found their place here, and why 91% of all families stay year after year.

You've tried traditional school where your child felt broken. You've pieced together curriculum from five different places. You're exhausted explaining your child's needs to teachers who don't get it.

You're worried about isolation. You're scared your child will never find friends who accept them. You wonder if homeschooling means doing this alone forever.

You're doing everything right. You just need the right community.

From Skeptic to Believer

After last year’s Open House, Zoey turned to her mom and said, ‘I have to sign up, these people get me.’

Since then, both kids have thrived in YSA’s community for gifted and neurodivergent learners. Watch their story to see the transformation for yourself.

 FAQs

  • No, this is a live-only event. The breakout sessions and teacher interactions happen in real-time and won't be recorded. This creates an authentic experience and ensures teachers can be fully present with attendees.

  • We encourage it! Many children love floating between classrooms and meeting potential friends. However, it's not required, some parents prefer to explore first and bring their child to a trial class later.

  • We accept ESA (Education Savings Account) funds, charter school funding, and offer flexible payment plans. Many families use a combination of funding sources to create their ideal educational experience.

  • YSA serves gifted, twice-exceptional (2e), and neurodivergent learners ages 5-25. This includes children with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and those who are asynchronous learners needing a strength-based educational environment.
